Of course! We believe in creating a relationship between the financial advisers and paraplanners, you have direct access to the paraplanner who will be working for you.

How do I get the client information and file notes to you?

All information will be received via email to a central email address then allocated to your specific paraplanner.

How long does a plan take?

Standard turnaround time is 5 business days.

How you ensure our client information is kept confidential?

All the paraplanners working for us have secure workstations with continuously updated virus protection and firewall security. Confidentially agreements are also signed to protect your client information.

Is Unison Outsourcing linked to any specific dealer group?

No, we are a completely independent, privately owned Australian company.

Are the SoAs completed in Australia?

YES! None of your work is sent offshore, we prepare all advices from our regional NSW head office.

Where are you located and can I meet the team working for me?

Our offices are located in Wollongong NSW, and we encourage our clients to come and meet their team as part of building a strong working relationship.
